Dy’on Splint / Jumping Boots - Size Small (Pony or Cob)

Dy’on Splint Boots - New without Tags - Leather with sheepskin lining . These are stamped a Size 3 but apparently run very small, look more like medium. Will accept returns if they don’t fit
